If I am with a client when your message arrives, I will reply as soon as I am free. Treatments are never interrupted, so every client has my full attention.

What Happens Next

Send a message and tell Pailin roughly what has brought you in and when you are free. She will reply personally, suggest a treatment and a length, and confirm a time that works for both of you.

She will not push you towards the longest appointment. If a shorter one is the right answer, that is what she will say.

Payment

Payment is made at the end of your appointment. The FAQ page lists the payment methods accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, and most first-time clients don’t. Tell Pailin how you have been feeling and what you would like to get out of it, and she will explain the options and recommend what she thinks suits you best. There is never any obligation to book.

Because a form cannot ask you what is wrong. Speaking to Pailin first means she can recommend the right treatment and the right length, rather than you guessing from a menu. It also means you know exactly who you will be meeting when you arrive.

Pailin answers every message herself. If she is with a client when yours arrives, she will reply as soon as she is free.
