These terms explain how our Gift Vouchers work.
Arranging A Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers are arranged directly with Pailin.
Get in touch and she will confirm the details with you, including how you will receive the voucher.
Voucher Options
Sabaidee Gift Vouchers are based on the length of the experience, not a cash amount.
A bespoke voucher covers a longer session, a combination of treatments, or something arranged directly with Pailin. It is never an amount to spend.
The recipient chooses their treatment with Pailin when they arrange the appointment, so the person buying does not have to decide on their behalf.
Validity
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
Unfortunately, expired Gift Vouchers cannot normally be extended or redeemed.
Redeeming A Gift Voucher
To redeem your Gift Voucher, simply mention it when arranging your appointment.
Please bring either a printed copy or a digital copy of the voucher with you to your appointment.
A voucher entitles the recipient to a treatment of the length shown on it.
Any treatment offered at that length is covered, with nothing further to pay.
Where the recipient would like a longer appointment than the voucher covers, they are welcome to pay the difference on the day.
Lost Or Misplaced Vouchers
If you have lost your Gift Voucher, please contact us.
Provided we can locate the original purchase, we will do our best to help.
To protect against fraud, we may ask for proof of purchase before issuing a replacement.
Refunds
Gift Vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased.
However, this does not affect any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
If you believe a voucher has been purchased in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to help where we reasonably can.
Cash Value
Gift Vouchers:
Because vouchers are based on the length of the experience rather than an amount, there is no remaining balance after redemption. The voucher is redeemed in full for the appointment it covers, whichever treatment the recipient chooses.
No card surcharge is applied to a Gift Voucher purchase.
Booking With A Gift Voucher
Appointments using Gift Vouchers are subject to normal availability.
We recommend booking in advance, particularly during evenings and weekends.
Our standard Booking & Cancellation Policy also applies to appointments made using Gift Vouchers.
If We Need To Cancel
If we ever need to cancel your appointment, your Gift Voucher will remain valid and can be used to arrange another appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Which Treatments A Voucher Covers
A voucher covers any treatment offered at that length.
